Pablo Ruiz Arango is a Mexican finance professional with international experience spanning Europe and the Americas at the intersection of finance, geopolitics, and strategy.

At HSBC UK, Pablo was named Intern of the Year 2025 for advancing the firm’s Net Zero strategy. He has since held analyst roles at HSBC in London and Mexico City and at LVMH – Loro Piana in Milan. In 2025, BCG Spain selected him as one of 58 participants worldwide for its Global DEI Insight Program.

Pablo graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University and is completing a CEMS Double Degree in International Management. He also served as Partnership & Key Relationship Management Director at 180 Degrees Consulting and Head of Global Markets at the Bocconi Asset Management Society.

Recognized by Nova Talent Under 25 as one of the Top 10 Economics students with the highest potential in Italy, Pablo is also one of the youngest members of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, where he contributes to initiatives promoting leadership and social impact. Fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, and French, he is passionate about connecting people, ideas, and opportunities across cultures.
